Chuck is an action-comedy/spy-drama television program from the United States created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak. The series is about an "average computer-whiz-next-door" named Chuck, played by Zachary Levi, who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); the message embeds the only remaining copy of the United States' greatest spy secrets into Chuck's brain.

As the second season closed, flagging ratings put Chuck in danger of cancellation, but fans mounted a successful campaign to encourage NBC to renew the show. The campaign was unique in that fans specifically targeted a sponsor of the show, the Subway restaurant chain, and the chain struck a major sponsorship deal with NBC to help cover costs of the third season. Supernatural is an American supernatural and horror television series created
by Eric Kripke, which debuted on September 13, 2005 on The WB, and is now part of The CW's lineup. Starring Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester and Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester, the series follows the brothers as they hunt demons and other figures of the supernatural. The series is produced by Warner Bros. Television, in association with Wonderland Sound and Vision. The current executive producers are Eric Kripke, McG, and Robert Singer; former executive producer Kim Manners died of lung cancer during production of the fourth season.

The series, which is filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, was in development for nearly ten years, as creator Kripke spent several years unsuccessfully pitching it. The pilot was viewed by an estimated 5.69 million viewers, and the ratings of the first four episodes prompted The WB to pick up the series for a full season. Originally, Kripke planned the series for three seasons, but later expanded it to five. COOLiNG PAD USB/HP MODEM (DiY)

Penggunaan modem (Khususnya USB & HP Modem) secara trus menerus dalam waktu yang cukup lama yang mengakibatkan USB & HP Modem mengalami overheating atau kepanasan, sehingga modem tidak dapat bekerja maksimal, biasanya ditandai dengan menurunnya kecepatan internet, putus-nyambungnya internet berulang-ulang dan bahkan yang paling parah modem akan mengalami kerusakan.
Karena itu modem perlu didinginkan, sehingga kinerjanya tetap optimal. (hoeda)

Hal ini di alami oleh saya yang menggunakan HP modem, jika overheating ada pesan "Warning Charging Failed" kalau tidak direstart akan HP mati sendiri, maka proses koneksi internet akan terputus. Pada awalnya saya membuat cover HP buatan sendiri dengan alas yang terbuat dari bahan bekas Minuman Ringan. Lumayan memperlama koneksi internet tapi tidak mengatasi "overheating" setelah setahun digunakan baterei HP menjadi cebung.

Maka saya coba googling mengenai cara membuat cooling pad sederhana yang bisa dibuat sendiri dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan bekas, dan alhamdullilah saya mendaptkan cara pembuatan cooling pad untuk diantaranya dari (hoeda) dan Dewi Fatonah, dan berikut beberapa contoh alat sederhana untuk mendinginkan USB & HP Modem:

Bahan-bahan yang Diperlukan:

• USB/HP MODEM
• HEATSiNK+FAN PROCESSOR AMDK6-SOCKET-7 BEKAS [OPtIONAL]
• 2 BUAH PENDiNGiN DARi POWER SUPPLY UNiT (PSU) BEKAS (SUDAH TiDAK TERPAKAi)
• KARTON DUPLEX ATAU KARTON YANG AGAK TEBAL
• GUNTiNG, PEREKAT (SELOTiP & DOUBLE TAPE)

Karton yang digunakan pada sample ini adalah karton yang biasa digunakan untuk pembungkus hidangan makanan atau kue tart(bolu). Buatlah box yang panjang sesuai dengan ukuran Modem dan Pendingin yang digunakan, contonya pada sample ini adalah "Panjang x Lebar x Tinggi : 12cm x 6 cm x 4 cm.

Setelah box dari karton selesai, buatlah lubang sesuai dengan Heatsink Processor yang digunakan dan untuk aliran udara (air-flow), buatlah penyangga untuk menggabungkan 2 buah pendingin dari PSU menjadi satu. Buatlah lubang di penyangga PSU sesuai ukuran HSF Processor, caranya terserah seusai selera dan ide Anda Sendiri.

Contoh jika semua tahap di atas telah selesai dibuat.

Pasangkan Cooling Pad pada Box. Selamat "COOLiNG PAD USB/HP MODEM" Anda telah selesai!

CATATAN:

• Cooling Pad di atas sudah dicoba (tanpa Kipas HSF) menggunakan HP Modem K-touch-E329 selama 2 Hari (Kurang Lebih) tanpa ada panas pada bagian Baterai HP dan selama pengetesan tidak terjadi Error seperti yang disebutkan di atas.
• Khusus untuk USB Modem diperlukan Kabel USB Extender, Anda Bisa menempatkan USB Modem tersebut pada bagian tengah Cooling Pad (Bagian HSF Processor)
• Bila USB/HP Modem masih terasa panas (OverHeating), Anda bisa menambahkan Kipas pada HSF tetpai memerlukan power konverter 12 Volt. (Sebagai tambahan sudah dicoba dari power USB port tapi kipas tidak berputar!)
